Mostly Joyful Mom-ing

Y'all! I love plain lattes.  Chocolate.  Quietly reading in bed.  I think I use to look good, be skinny, know cool stuff, do cool things, and wear amazing shoes.  Then, I had kids.  Skinny? No.  Know cool stuff?  Huh-uh.  Do cool things?  Not really.  Wear amazing shoes?  Bwhaaaaahahaha.  I still like lattes, chocolate, and reading in bed...none of which happen, unless I'm doing it with one foot out holding a small human, who looks frighteningly like their father, away from me, like you do the dog when they are trying to eat the grapes you dropped and you are remembering that they are supposedly toxic to that species.  I adore Chip and Joanna Gaines, and not in a healthy way.  I secretly watch The Real Housewives franchise.  I love red wine.  I also love the fact that I typed an entire paragraph about me and not about the last time my one year old pooped.
